Bad service

Today on 21 - 12-2023 I ordered on the double pizza at debonairs Tembi mall in Tembisa. I ordered around 11am and they only delivered the pizza 2 hours later and it was very cold. On top of that I was told there's a delivery fee of R10 which is something that never happened in the past.
