Bad service delivery with zero communication!!

I ordered a pizza worth R230 with a 1.5 litre Coca-Cola at 18:32 , it didn't even arrive let alone not them answering the phone. Now it's 08:12 and haven't heard anything from them. Debonairs pizza Ses'fikile square, Daveyton. I am ****ed!! Apparently there's no refund!!!
