BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

I ordered on their online Debonairs Pizza app on the 26/02/2021 at 15h26. Being month end, I understood that they would be a bit of a delay in the pizza delivery. Fortunately, the pizza did arrive at around 17h06. The guy who delivered the food had an attitude and had to remind of my order although he had a slip with him. I then reminded him of the two soft drinks I ordered of which were not there. I immediately called the call Centre and was assisted by an agent that directed my call to the Maponya store. I spoke to Sboningnkosi who then said that the incorrect soft drink will be replaced with the correct two of which I ordered and paid for. I waited till it got late. I then called again today being Saturday to remind them of the delivery that they promised to bring but never arrived. Again, they promised to send their driver to bring my two soft drinks, of which I called at 17h00, hasn't arrived at 21h40. Such bad services, promises never kept. So much for quick efficient Customer service DEBONAIRS.. Will never order again, you don't honor your word and promise.
