Bad Service Delivery

<p>Last night I order 2 pizza's and 2l coke, the call was made just after 5pm - after waiting over 2 hours I called Debonairs Pizza to enquire the SUPER LONG WAIT... the guy "Manager" Bulelani Skitl advised me because I order via the app the delivery guy went to the wrong area and thus is the result in the long wait, 30 minutes later (2.5 hours later) the guys shows up with a warm 2l coke and ice cold pizza's when I called in and spoke to the manager he advised its not negotiable I should pay the bill and I can take it up with Head office as he can not void the bill as free even after I advised I will pay the coke only, arogantly he advised "do wht you want but you need to pay" even the delivery guy advised this manager always messes up... I would like this matter be look in throughly as this was the most horrible service ever!!!</p>
