Bad service (Debonnairs Jabulani Mall)

I ordered telephonically today and I received great service, the problem began when the driver called me to confirm my address. Due to the fact that the house I live in is newly built, the house address does not reflect on the maps around Naledi so with having encountered a problem with the address yesterday I decide to direct the driver to the exact house and instead of listening to what I am saying he tells me he knows Naledi and he will find the place and then hangs up on me. I therefore called the store back to complain about this driver who I was told is Tatolo Tstja the manager tells him to apologize while I’m on the line and instead of apologizing he tells me that he hung up because he can find the place on his own, the manager continues to reprimand him but nope he still had an attitude towards me.

I would like to know where can I report such incidences?
