Bad service Debonairs Sky City

Debonairs Pizza need to check the sky city store . The service at the shop is very bad. I placed an order for colloection on sunday when i get there i was told they do not have the ingredients to make my pizza . I am told this after i had already paid. They could have told me when i got there to give me a choice to change my order ;had to wait for them to go get whats needed for my order. Two days later i bought a delivery order , we are charged R20 for delivery ; i waited for my order for 2 hours before it was delivered. I called the store to check where my order was; it went to the call center and they told me they cant get information on my order because the store is not picking up. The order was delivered very cold
