Bad service, debonairs pizza Dubé

I'm not happy with debonairs pizza Dubé, I've complained to the store several times with their service, it's either their pizza is cold or they give you left overs of something that looks similar. Sometimes their toppings you can count them they look nothing like their advert of how pizza should look like. If you complain no one takes responsibility they'll always say I was not in it was another manager but we sorry and they give you free pizza or anything else they feel like, which is wrong they either give you what you ordered and make sure they improve their service.
