Bad service Debonairs Newton Park

I'm extremely disappointed by service I received today from Debonairs Newton Park in Port Elizabeth. We placed a online order on the website at 13:35, it was processed and we received a confirmation call at 13:44 of the order. We waited for over an hour when trying to track the order it kept saying tracker unavailable , received a call at 14:53, apologizing that they have been waiting for the driver and order is on the way. Then again 15:12 get a call from the driver saying he is leaving the shop and we must wait outside mind you, the 14:53 made it sound like they already on the way. So finally received our pizza after 2 hours. It's very disappointing and it could have been better communicated. Very disgusted to say the least.
