BAD SERVICE DEBONAIRS

Bad Bad experience. Ordered Pizza at Blue Water bay for my birthday at work 30/06. Paid online, order ***0. Send for collection, order was misplaced. Waited a while just to be told no cheese available. This when Pick & Pay & SPAR is sitting next to them. Order was cancelled, as there is no Cheese. Asked for refund, called twice, just to be told today, Friday 03/07, that refund will take 7 days. From Monday till date no reply or explanation from the store. BADBADBAD
