Bad service
Debonairs at the Phoenix plaza .it's been over 1and half hours for the food to arrive ,when it finally arrives on the order was a 1l coke ,when the driver arrives he does not give the cold drink .I phoned debonairs at the same time it is delivered, they said they will send it with the driver I phoned 40 mins later ,they then say that they will speak to the manager,like seriously this is not on ,especially when it is fully paid for .

26 Mar 2022, 21:29Debonair Phoenix plaza ,five hours later we still waiting for a cold drink which we paid for ,made 15 phones calls each time we phoning they say still sending the item ,it's like we not taken seriously, thereafter they say they came but no one has come,we actually told them we waiting outside in the rain,still no care for thier mistake, It's ridiculous never again will I be making a purchase from them . Disgusting attitude.
