Bad service

The lady who answered the call for the second time said they are not taking delivery orders at 8 because by nine they are closing. I am so angry, imagine after spending my time and airtime on the phone to be told that nonsense. Imagine having to wait for electricity to cook for the kids because an employee who made a commitment to serve customers failed to do their job. I don't get why they do not take orders an hour and minutes before closing time.
