Bad Service
The worst service I have ever had from any place/shop even the call center could assist. I have been waiting for my pizza delivery for more an hour and half. The store does not answer thier phones at all. Debonairs Pizza Chris Hani Mall.

08 May 2022, 16:58I eventually went and picked up the pizza at the store, the driver called me 3 to 5 minutes after I got there saying he is outside. The manager ,Palesa Salemane took her damn time to assist me,no sense of urgency. she was rude and wasn't able to assist me with a refund of the delivery tip since I collected the pizza myself . She couldn't even advise me on what process to follow in order to get my refund, She kept saying she doesnt know and that there is nothing she can do, a whole Store manager! ! Such Incompetence is unacceptable!! no C/S and Problem solving skills.What Kind of staff does Debonairs keep?? Will never buy there again!!!
