Bad service

I ordered pizza once again in Jabulani mall Debonairs and I received a call later and was told by the driver that they can not deliver because their speed point isn’t working and I asked to talk to the manager and he hang up on me , he called again and told me to send him an ewallet when he comes deliver and told the driver that am using a different bank and not Fnb . And the guy told me he won’t deliver coz he isn’t sure when it will be delivered and this is the second time this happens because the first time I waited 5 hours for pizza that was never delivered . Now just received a call at 8 to ask if I received my order and when I told the guy what happened he never seemed interested he just wanted to deliver at 8 and I ordered at 6 . Still now no manager called . Jabulani Mall Debonairs is the WORST . Bad service and all
