Bad service coming from Jeremiya - the manager....

I normally visit Debonairs Pizza in Greenacres, I always purchase a Triple decker Chicken Pizza, and have always received one with a Debonbairs sauce without even asking, of which sauce I really enjoy. For some reason, the last time I visited the Greenacres branch I made a purchase like I normally do, but this time around the Pizza came with a Sweet Chilli sauce which I only realised after the first bite of my Pizza. I immediately called the waiter the moment I tasted something foreign on the Pizza, of which I was advised that the taste is most probably coming from the sauce which is regarded as not nice by other customers as well, and this was the case to me too. I asked to speak to the manager on duty who advised that I am the one who placed order and was supposed to have asked the cashier to change the sauce for the Debonairs one. Funny thing about this matter is that I have never had to request for any form of sauce to be changed when making a purchase at this very same branch. The cashiers and waiters working at this branch know me very well as a customer because I am one of your regular customers, normally visiting your store about twice per week. Jeremiya refused to take it.
