Bad Service

Ordered pizza at Debonairs in Amalinda, East London and the call went directly to the store, unfortunately I did not get the name of the lady who picked up the phone. All I can say is I’ve been receiving nothing but bad service from Amalinda store where they take the order and you wait until Jesus comes they did not deliver the pizza and this is the second time this is happening. Bare in mind we had loadshedding at the time and I have hungry crying kids. Called in again to check how far the order cause they said it would take 45min at no one picked up cause its “closed”. Worst service ever, if I order from Debonairs again someone please come and shoot me cause this is not on!!!!!!
