Bad service

Hello Peter, I am writing to complain about Debonairs pizza in De deur Midvaal...I have received the worst service ever, on Friday 29 July 2022 at around 7pm I called to place an order for delivery. I spoke to a coloured guy, however I forgot his name. He took my order and told me that I should expect my order in 45 minutes to an hour and I agreed. To my surprise, I received an SMS from them @ 20:04 saying "there was a system issue and your last order today was unsuccessful, apologies for the inconvenience". My frustration is that, I waited the whole time thinking that they will deliver only to send me a text an hour later when the shop is closing... Why did he take my order in the first place? Worst service ever ...😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 what's really annoying is that, I picked up my phone and called the shop, I spoke to Precious wanting to make a follow up on my order, she kept on telling me to hold and she never got back to me, its my airtime that I have used...they don't even have the decency to call back and explain or hear what you have to say to them...I am totally not happy with their service 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
