Bad service

From Katlehong franchise they are the worst to order from I ordered at 12h30 pm and the food was delivered at 15h11 pm after having to call them twice and enquire about my order and to think of it... It's actually the second time they did this to me. Then they say they have many orders. *** I am so done with them.
