Bad Service by Store Manager (Mpho)
Good day, I would like to complain about the poor service I received at Jabulani Mall. The store manager (Mpho) didn’t even bother to assist me, he actually ignored me even though I requested assistance from him. Please look into this as I am not happy at the service and attitude I received. I left the store frustrated and unassisted. I look forward to your response on this matter. Kind Regards, Bridget.
