BAD SERVICE BY SARAH

I didn't think I will have to write a bad review about Debnonairs pizza. Yesterday, I went to wonderpark shopping centre with my children. I ordered a small pizza for my daughter which was 69.99, after paying, I realised that the same large pizza was R99, I asked Sarah if I can change the pizza to a large, she said no, the slip is out already. First, I usually order via Mr D, she was speaking very fast I couldn't understand about extra cheese, I asked her to repeat herself but she just displayed an attitude. I think sometimes people just look at your appearance and conclude that you are nothing. In other places, if there is a special, the cashier would offer you a special then you have a choice to decline it. I left hurt yesterday, I didn't want to cause drama of calling the manager. Good customer service is a must.
