Bad service by Mamsi

This morning I went to Debonairs to pay for pizza that I couldnt pay last night because mr delivery came late and I had rushed somewhere. When I got to debonairs I found a lady by the name of Mamsi on the till. I greeted her and she greeted me back. She then starting whispering to herself and pressing the till, as if there was something wrong with it, but she was not communicating with me.She never gave me attention until I said to her can I make a payment please. She was quiete and I had to repeat myself. I told her what the payment was for and I paid. She then gave me a speed point receipt and continued whispering to herself and pressing the machine. Because I wanted proof that I paid I asked her if she was gonna give me a till slip and she was again quiete until I repeated myself. After repeating the question she said to me \eish I'm coming\" she then dissappeared for about 5 min not telling me whats happening. I even left before she was back from wherever she went. I feel her attitude was just bad, she doesnt know how to communicate with clients. I felt like I was forsing her to do her job. "
