Bad service by branch.

Hi there,<br> I ordered 2 pizzas from Debonairs Parkmore and waited an hour for them to arrive after being told they will be there in 30 minutes.<br> Then the driver opens the bag and see's that he only brought half of the order.<br> He forgot the other half of the order at the store.<br> so then I wait another hour for that to arrive.<br> he then drops off that order and its the wrong pizza as I ordered extra Mexican sauce on my pizza as well.<br> and he forgot the pop its at the store as well.<br> How can a franchise let something like this happen not once but twice?<br> To the same customer.<br> in the end I had to wait 2 hours to eat my pizza which was supposed to be there in 30 minutes as its literally just down the road from where I work.<br> This is unacceptable and gives Debonairs South Africa and Famous Brands a bad image due to the incompetency of staff at a store.
