Bad service

I am seriously not happy with the service received from CHRIS HANI MALL branch for Debonairs, I ordered pizza online my order went through however a lady called by the name of nokwanda very helpful to notify me the area I stay in does not deliver, so my question is if that Is the case why on the app does it not state that it does not cover, so my argument is she asked for a solution not sure if it was from a supervisor or what but she was very rude and unhelpful she said on the background "ayikho into esizoyenza" I mean I am a customer she could have Atleast tried to come up with a better approach when dealing with customers please teach the ladies or gents how to calm people down.. I am not happy at all.
