Bad service

I ordered my pizza at 18:41 only to receive it at 20:10 my pizza cold and to top that off my order was incomplete It had to come with a 1.5 L stoney and the driver said he will bring it I called him at 20:56 and he said his on the way it 21:34 and I still haven't received my stoney and I made a payment can please get my refund please I will not pay for something I did not receive ....
