Bad service

Experienced the worst,most appalling service at this branch(Chris Hani Vosloorus).Placed an order this past Friday afternoon,only for it to be delivered the following morning.No communication from the store as to informing us the the order would be delayed OVERNIGHT.This is not even the first time complaining about this certain store yet it seems nothing is ever done to better the service for customers!
