Bad service!!

I am not happy with the way my order was handled. Placed an order at 18:30 and it is 20:20... I AM STILL WAITING. I have called them 4 times already and I was initially informed that it will be delivered at 19:10. On my second call, I was advised they will call me back, on my third call I was advised the order left the restaurant 8min ago. On my 4th call, I was again advised that the order just left the restaurant. THIS IS FRUSTRATING?!!!!! I need some explanation on WHY the order took over 2 hours!!!!!!!
