Bad service

Debonairs Tembi mall, worst service ever!!!! I ordered 2 pizza's with extra cheese and extra sauce then they delivered dry pizza's with no meat, I contacted the store manager and advised him of the issue, he asked that I forward a picture of both pizza's and receipt.. I sent the pictures he then advised he was going to confirm with his senior manager, it's been two days now without any response. I have paid a lot of money since they charge for the extras, even a person that order's normal pizza's does not deserve to eat such... It is false advertising and misleading people...Fact that the manager just does not care says a lot, I asked for feedback but he did not respond.
