Bad service

I ordered a pizza yesterday I ordered a pizza around 15:08 and payed electronically order number #***7 paid R 204. 90 for it, at 15:39 I received a call from wilson from number *** askis me if I ordered a pizza rudrly so and I must confirm my address... I carmly so asked don't you have my address since I just ordered? He rudly said didn't you order pizza? I said yes I did a said ask nicely form my address afterwards I gave him my address he immediately hanged up on me.

I called *** to cancel my order as I don't wanna deal face to face with someone that's rude to me on the phone and I was promised that the order will be canceled and I will be refunded in 3 to 5 business days I was ohk with that

Today 09.12.2021 someone knocks on my door with my refund in his hand from dabonairs Hlahatsi 😂🤣 I feel desrespect in so many ways... It's actually hilarious because with the Covid pandemic debonairs careless about such and I'm gonna be just dumped with my money like that "take your money" we don't care you even complained about our store.

I want my money reversed and an apology from debonairs it's not the first time but I'm feed but with this service
