Bad Service & Attitude from Debonairs Athlone

Ordered online at 7:30pm.Delivery came at 9:35 with a black dot.Told the driver I gave up on him and he just laughed. Phoned them and spoke to supervisor Tammy said she would send someone to replace it. Told her at that hour we were falling asleep already and I am not waiting till 12pm for someone to deliver a warm pizza. She must call me in the morning to make arrangements. I asked if she was going to be on duty the next day and she said no. Knowing that was where the buck was going to stop.On 22/10 I called again because there was no response from Sameega who was the supervisor that was going to be on duty the Sunday. Spoke to Tammy once again. Her response was that she spoke to her General Manager and was told that the pizza had to be replaced the Saterday. My response, if she knew that was the case why did she not tell me this on the phone. She kept on blaming me because I said I was not going to wait till 12pm for the delivery. I told her I am taking the matter further and she hung up on me.Where is the customer service. Was she ever going to pick up the phone to advise me. Its pathetic that we have people in managerial positions that have no clue about customer service.
