Bad service at Zwvenwacht mall debonairs and call centre

Bad bad bad service!!!! Called debonairs in Zevenwacht mall placed an order the lady on the phone did not even sound professional!! She processed my order to which she confirmed that it'll take 40 minutes till it gets delivered. I then received a call from their call centre saying that they dont deliver to my area after 8pm I then asked her why didnt the lady say that in the 1st place and asked for her name, the lady (calling from the call centre) says very arrogantly '' I am not there at the store, I am in joburg the call centre''I tell her I hear you but please give me your name and the lady's name that I spoke to at the store, she then just dropped the call in my ear!!! This is pathetic !!! Im so dissapointed
