Bad service at Mount Currie Debonnairs.

Traveled by bus at night on 6 Sep 2026 from Mthatha, stopped by Mount Currie Debonnairs near Kokstad. Tallest lady in the shop took my order perfectly, when it was time to pay she asked me for cash. It didn't make sense at all. I still have questions if that was legit case of machines not working or someone was trying to be naughty. And as I walked out, other customers walked in with cash as though coming from atm. I did not like having order taken only to be chased not to be served because I didn't have cash and it was not explained upfront.
