Bad Service At Monument Centre in Kimberley

I placed an order at 19;58 and 10 minutes later I was called to wait outside so I did, I waited for over 30 minutes with no communication from the branch in Monument Centre Kimberley I had to call myself to enquire about my order only to be told that the driver went back to the franchise because he got more orders in my area without notifying me. Even after all that I had to wait again for a whole 30 before he actually came. this was on the 25th of August, following the incident I took it further by contacting an agent who then promised to call and help in 1 business day which they never did. Yesterday 07/10/2023 around 21;20 I placed another order with 2 items but only received 1, upon delivery I told the driver there were supposed to be 2 items which my receipt collaborated on, he then informed me that he was not going back to the restaurant for my missing item.
