Bad Service at Mall of Newmarket Alberton

Ordered a pizza at Mall of Newmarket Alberton at 20:17 14/4/22 and waited up until 20:45 without any explanation as for why I was not getting my order and was told at 20:45 that they were starting to prepare my order. The manager didn’t even bother to apologize on behalf of the branch.. Bad service as I asked my money back
