Bad service at its best.

Just when I thought things are coming ok **** happen as angry as I am I will try to limit my tome of dissatisfaction of this this store debonairs mams mall.

I made an online order by 11h55 on line at around 13:15 the order can not be traced online called the store and no service until 1 of the assistance picked my call boom he said we a busy with ur order I asked him to cancel my order as I have already waited for more than an hour.

Drove to the store and asked the store to refund me bt naaa am only told that I can be refunded after 72 hrs which means I have to eat after 73 hrs. Spoke to the store manager a foreign national in the store by the name of SHEBRAH who declined my refund now am left with no food no money to buy the food.

I spend 210 for my order and again 24 for traveling to this store I can’t speak about the airtime that I used to call this guys.

No 1 can refund me in this store because they have no money to give back.

This is really out of range I don’t understand why this guys don’t take us serous when dealing with us customers in there stores am ****ed n sick which this kind of service .
