Bad service at Hospital view debonairs

I called Debonairs Hospital View by 18:30 and the lady that was assisting me on the phone asked me when would I like to collect. I said 19:00 will be fine only to get there and they haven’t even started with my order. The manager didn’t even show any remorse, everyone was just minding their own business. No customer service at all, this was not for the first time. My husband was soooo furious he even wanted his money back. BAD SERVICE DEBONAIRS HOSPITAL VIEW.
