Bad service at Debonnairs

On the 23rd of Nov,I went to debonnairs Pizza at Mall of Africa,I orderred tripple dekker pizza and was assisted by a friendly lady named Maggi,as soon as she took my order,I therefore realised that there is a special on tripple dekker with a side and coke,i then requested to change my order ,Maggi and some other (did not take his name)were willing to assist in changing the order and explained that il need to add more funds in order to change the order,because there one I orderred was R167 and special is R179,out of the blue, some guy named foreman interefered and told me that they change my order,1st he didnt bother to greet me and explain in a polite way,foreman was very rude and did not have good customer service s****s,i requested him to cancel the whole order and he said that they will not cancel because i paid using a card,firstly his reasons of not changing my order were not valid and as a customer i have a right to change my mind,I just lost my appetite due to how he interffered and how he was rude,
