Bad service at Debonairs Plettenberg Bay

Debonairs Pizza in Plettenberg Bay has terrible customer service. The entrance I and many others entered also has no place to sanitize your hands. I called to order and arrived to collect. There was a long line of customers waiting to order. I asked for my order and was asked to stand in the line to pay. I ordered by phone so that I dud not have to stand in a line. When I asked why there wasn't another cashier for people who order by phone I was rudely told there is only one cashier. Sorry Debonairs, you will not be seeing me again.
