Bad service at Debonairs pizza with low quality of food

I ordered a pizza at 4:55pm at Mega Philani mall. They told me my pizza will be available from 35 to 40mins. However, I waited more than an hour and no one bothered to give me an update as to what happening with my order.

I eventually called the call centre and they transferred me to the store and I was cut off every time, eventually my meal arrived at 6:50pm, cold, driver had no speed point, I had to do cash send. The lady at the call centre managed to get the manager to engage with me but she was so unbothered, she kept on canceling my calls, and never returned to me. I don't know whether you have to be a public figure in order to get a proper service at Debonairs but after this, I'm done with this pathetic service
