Bad service at Debonairs pizza selcourt, Springs

Yesterday at 19:30 I phoned at Debonairs in selcourt spring to make an order, they said in 30 minutes I can come for collection. Arrived at the store at 19:55 they said they still busy with it. I made a payment and then went to do other stuff, got back the the store at 20:20 to my surprise the pizza was still not ready. I asked nicely if my pizza was ready but the cashier was asking the ladies at the back what happened.. And none of them had answers and only wanted to put it in the stove at that time when I arrived for the second time. No one had answers. I then asked the cashier to give me a refund cause it was late and she did have my money back. That kind of a service it is unacceptable.. They not profesional at all. They really nead to start improving thier service and communication is best.
