Bad service at debonairs pizza Jabulani mall

Debonairs pizza Jabulani mall. I ordered a meal over the phone at this fast food outlet on the 2nd March 2020 at around 17h55 as my fiance was ill and u able to cook. I was informed that my meal would take an hour 30 minutes to arrive. I asked how can I track my order to check how far along it and I was told "Your order will take 1hour 30 minutes. Eventually I was told , I can call after that hour 30 minutes. After well over two hours I tried calling again to check how far along the order is, my call went answered. If they had no intentions of delivering my order I feel that I should have been informed as I was placing that order. Very very poor service and I would not advice anyone to do purchase from that outlet if they would like good service.
