Bad Service at Debonairs Pizza Amalinda Square

I made an order via an app at Debonairs Pizza Amalinda Square in EL. I was informed the place has accepted my order and I received an sms confirming that. I went to pick up my order an hour later only to find out that it was not prepared. Then what is the use of this app of they do not make orders done via it. I had to wait for another 30 minutes. I was so angry but I could not leave it because I had already promised my kids.
