Bad Service at Debonairs Pizza

I would like to log a complaint about the very poor service i received at Debonairs Engen Parktown.

On the 07 February 2019 I ordered pizza using the online Debonairs app for the pizza to be delivered. I usually use this app and i have never had a problems before, but this time around after making the online payment and receiving a confirmation that the order will be delivered, the order was never delivered and i didnt get any communication or nothing informing me about the where abouts of my order. I would have understood if i hadnt paid for the order but the order was already paid for. When i tried calling the store after 1 hour 30min of waiting, no one answered. I continued to wait in hope that the delivery guy might be late. Even now i havent heard anything from the pizza or the store about what happened with my order. I ended up eating bread and peanut butter for dinner because of the store's incompetence.
