Bad SERVICE AT DEBONAIRS NEWTOWN JUNCTION MALL

I have never received such bad service in my life.... I ordered Debonnairs Pizza online yesterday with the Debonairs Newtown Junction mall. Reason I selected them was because I work on the same building with them which is the Newtown Nedbank building. I placed my order at 13h35 for it to be delivered at 16h15..... when it was 16h00 I called the branch with regards to my order and they said it was on it's way.....called again around 16h30 they said they will call the driver to find out how far he was.... bare in mind I'm in the same building with same just a different floor. They promised to call me back which they never did. I left my work place 30 min late after knock off time thinking the driver will come or they'll call with to apologize but neither happened.... I am kinda still waiting on them with an explanation....... I am disappointed, furious and confused....
