Bad service at Debonairs Kwa-thema Square!

I decided to give the Debonairs in Kwathema Square the benefit of the doubt in hope that this time my order will be on time,but hey seems like they never cease to disappoint me, this is the 3rd time I'm ordering from there and the services are wack, I'm highly disappointed.

I've been waiting for over an hour now! What excuse an i going to get this time?Tried calling the store and the customer care but no one is answering!!!!
