Bad service at Debonairs diepkloof square

On the 07September 2018 I placed an order with debonairs diepkloof square over the phone . When I had to pay the delivery the speedpoint machine kept on declining my bank card . With fear that the card will get blocked ,I told the driver that I will come inside the outlet instead. I went to the outlet and when I explained that the speedpoint declined my purchase . The cashier said they will give me my order. I paid and I left for a minute. On my return she is busy gossiping about me with the staff at the kitchen. When she notices that I am there -she jumped and gave me my ordered without apologizing. I am disappointed at the service and I wont buy there ever again . The staff needs to be professional . I took my time and money to correct Debonairs faulty speedpoint blunder. I wont buy there ever again.
