Bad Service at Debonairs Celtis Ridge Shopping Centre

I placed an online order on the 16th June at 15:26 requesting for delivery at 17:30, order number ********** 4 at Debonairs CeltisRidge Shopping Centre, at 18:00 I call the shop to enquire why my order is still not delivered, I got to speak to Patricia a helpful consultant/cashier who advised that she will transfer me tot he manager, as usual the manager never answers their phone.

I called back immediately again Patricia answered the phone, I advised her no one is picking up the phone and can she check my order, to her surprise my order was still not delivered but shows its in the shop.

At 18:15 I called the store again and advised her to cancel my order as this service is unacceptable, why do you have an option to select the time but nothing, she advised that she will get the store manager to call and apologize.

Guess what still waiting for the manager to call and apologize.......

At 18:35 a whole 1hr 5 min later I get a call from the security telling me that my order is at the gate, after I told them to cancel the order and after Patricia told me that the store now can't find my online order.....Funny how u can't trace that I placed an order yet get a delivery.....Pathetic service.

This isn't the first time it happened, two weeks prior we ordered pizza this time calling them directly, waited 2 hours for delivery, the pizza arrived cold and we are still awaiting for the store manager to call us.

Wow Debonairs you will soon close if you don't run your Celtis Ridge store properly and take your manager for a managerial course.
