Bad Service @ Debonairs

I ordered a pizza online from Debonairs Chris Hani Mall on the 29th of May and I paid for it online. It was not delivered, I called the head office on the 1st of June, I wanted a refund, the lady who assisted me laid a complaint for me and gave me a case number, she told me the manager from Chris Hani will contact me within 2 days but I didn't receive any call. I went there on Thursday the 4th of June, according to their system my pizza was delivered by the driver named William, I asked to see him, they told me he was not working that day I must come back the following day, i did. The manager told me William is still busy with deliveries he will be back in 10 minutes, l waited for 3 hours there was no sight of William, I left because it was getting dark. I don't want much from Debonairs I just want my money back!
