Bad Service at Debonairs

I went to Debonairs Pizza at Dawn Park Shopping center as usual ever since the shop opened i have been buying the same Chicken Triple-Decker all the time. I went today the 7th of August to buy the same pizza i always buy i placed my order and i mentioned that i want the Chicken Triple-Decker the lady assisted me i paid my pizza and went to Shoprite to get other stuff while waiting for the Pizza because usually it takes 15-20 minutes to get the Pizza ready. When i came back they gave me my Pizza and from the moment i hold the Pizza Box i could tell from the weight that something was wrong with my order, i gave them the benefit of the doubt and took the Pizza to my car when i opened the Pizza it looked almost the same as the Pizza i usually buy but there was this strong smell of Onion on the Pizza and thats not usually the case with the Pizza i always buy so i went back to the store told the ladies that this was not my order the cashier insisted that its the pizza i order but however she said i ordered a Chicken Triple-Decker with Mushroom and Creamy of which i didnt i specifically asked for the one with sweet chilli with that said the ladies unpleasently took back the pizza and said they will make the one i ordered. I less than 5 minutes my pizza was ready, when i got home the sweet chilli sauce was 5 times the usual the pizza was not nicely baked/cooked as im texting now the pizza is in the oven im trying to bake it nicely myself. I'm dissapointed with the service and didnt get value for my money i could have done something with my R149.
