Bad service at Debonaires, Southgate

I ordered two large pizzas online last week Friday from Debonaires in Southgate, Johannesburg. After waiting over an hour for the delivery, I called to track the order and was rudely told that it was raining and that the pizza would be delivered after the rain stops. My concern about that was why do they let customers order and confirm the orders when they know they cannot deliver when it is raining. If a customer has already paid for the pizza and it subsequently rains all night, does that mean that the pizza would be delivered the next day? I received very bad service from the call centre stuff and the manager at the store did not pick up the phone. I am a very upset customer about the service at Debonaires. The pizza arrived around 11pm at night when we were already sleeping. Appaling service
