BAD SERVICE AT DEBAONAIRS Market street

I have a complaint with the service at Debonairs Pizza in Market Street, uitenhage. I was assisted by the following cashier,Lutfiyya van oordt. While I was ordering my two small pizzas she ignored me and kept chatting and laughing with her colleague. Then when I paid for my pizza she threw the slip on the desk and told me the card declined. I asked her to wait for me because I had to increase my bank limit on app. She gave me an attitude and ask if she could help other customers and I said yes calmly.she kept laughing and speaking in her language, Afrikaans about the situation. Honestly, as a customer who always pays at debonairs Pizza, I feel disappointed because the cashier served me with an attitude and j feel disrespected I feel like as an African we are forced to tolerate bad service and we are bul**** or silenced not to complain about poor service.
