bad service as usual with the usual suspect

Does not matter if you use Mr delivery or not. Still the same even after all these years of not subjecting myself to establishments who don't take their customer service seriously. I ordered 2 items about +/- 2hrs ago, BBQ chick wings & Mexican Fiesta with no cheese. Not only they got my order wrong but the lady that took my order did not even take my full address down correctly which I had uttered 3 times and explained to her this is a huge office park. I end up getting an irritated & annoyed driver with an accusing tone, like we would deliberately give them the wrong address. I see nothing has changed with debonairs, the service still sucks and your employees lack listening skills. Even the driver had to call me twice to find out where we are, the way your call taker is so ***********, this driver did not even wait long enough on the 1st call to see if we are on the same page, by cutting me off before I could finish talking. Hence why he called me twice because it is such a burden for him to do his job, he also cut me off the second time around. They are all in a hurry for some reason, quality out the window.
